Chat Messages: Messages, replies, reactions and related content that you voluntarily post in railway zone chats.
Profile Information: Information such as username, railway zone, joined date, online status and message count.
Notification Token: A Firebase Cloud Messaging token may be processed to deliver notifications.
Technical Information: Certain technical information may be processed to maintain, secure and improve the application.
2. How We Use Information
Information may be used to:
Provide railway zone chat functionality.
Display your profile and username to other users where applicable.
Deliver notifications and announcements.
Maintain online and offline status.
Display and manage user-generated messages.

Contact a user regarding serious misuse or reported violations when a mobile number has been voluntarily provided.

3. Mobile Number Privacy
Providing a mobile number is optional.
If you choose to provide your mobile number:
It is stored as part of your private profile information.
It is not displayed to other users in railway zone chats.
It is not included in chat messages.
It may be used for safety, support, or contacting you regarding serious misuse or reported violations.
You may update or remove your mobile number through available profile controls, where supported.
We do not intend to publicly display your mobile number to other users.
4. User-Generated Content
Rail Live Zone allows users to post messages and other content in public railway zone chats. Content submitted by users may be visible to other users of the application.
Users should not post personal information, illegal content, abusive content, sexually explicit material, threats, or other content that violates applicable laws or our rules.
5. Chat and Public Content
Messages posted in zone chats are user-generated content. By posting a message, you understand that other users participating in that zone may be able to view it.
We may remove content that violates applicable laws, safety requirements, or our policies when appropriate.
6. Firebase Services
Rail Live Zone uses services provided by Google Firebase to support application functionality. Firebase may process information required for services such as database storage, analytics, crash reporting, configuration and push notifications.
Firebase services used by the application may include Firebase Realtime Database, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Remote Config.
7. Advertising
Rail Live Zone may display advertisements using Google AdMob. Advertising services may collect and process certain information, including device and advertising-related information, in accordance with Google's applicable policies.
Advertisements may include banner advertisements and native advertisements.
8. Notifications
The application may use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send notifications, including railway announcements, application updates and other relevant notifications.
You can manage notification permissions through your device settings.

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through the application. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Mobile numbers voluntarily provided by users may be retained while they remain part of the user's profile or as reasonably necessary for safety, support, security, or legal purposes.

Rail Live Zone is not specifically directed toward children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children for purposes that are prohibited by applicable law.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the application inappropriately, please contact us so that appropriate action can be taken.

The application may use third-party services, including Google Firebase and Google AdMob. These services operate according to their own privacy policies and terms.
